ST. MICHAEL'S

Members of St. Michael's UCC participated in the 2008
West Chicago CROP WALK  as walkers, organizers, and
contributors.  Held on Spetember 28, 2008, the 81 walkers from
across the community raised a total of $6,300 for Church World Service.  75% of these funds are used by Church World Service worldwide, and 25% of these funds are used locally by PADS and
the Northwest DuPage Walk-in Ministry.

The Mad Monks of Melody
joined us in worship on
Sunday, September 28, 2008
...filling our hearts
with beautiful music.

amazing music at an evening concert to
benefit the Northwest DuPage Walk-in Ministry.

And again on July 20, 2008 Laura Hall joined with
husband, Rick Hall to present another concert to
benefit the Walk-in Ministry.

St. Michael's United Church of Christ
proudly displayed the lighted 4 ft by 8ft
banners...announcing that "God is
Still Speaking" in our Church and in
the world...and that no matter who you
are or where you are on life's journey,
you are welcome at St. Michael's
United Church of Christ.
